About Amy Caniglia
Award-winning real estate agent with more than two decades of experience in Park County
Voted REALTOR® Of The Year by the Summit Association of REALTORS
A part of the Park County community since 1999

Amy Caniglia has served the Park County community since becoming a REALTOR® in 1999. Nearly two decades after founding Caniglia Real Estate Group in 2005, Amy is trusted for her expertise, honesty, and knowledge in the local real estate market.
In addition to knowing just about every corner of the Alma, Fairplay, and Breckenridge area, Amy’s network extends to all of Colorado. She is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado Association of REALTORS®, Altitude REALTORS® (formerly Summit Association of REALTORS®), and the Residential Real Estate Council.
Amy is committed to furthering her real estate education and training to best serve her clients. Her distinguished designations include: GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and SAS (Summit Area Specialist).
Amy moved from Upstate New York to Colorado in 1994 with a B.S. in Marketing and Business Management from SUNY Binghamton. After living in the Vail Valley for 5 years, she made Park County her home. It was here that Amy and her husband Tony raised their two (now young adult) kids, teaching them how to camp, ski, snowboard, bike, hike, raft, fish and enjoy the mountains to the fullest. Today, Amy and Tony love to explore the many nearby National Forest trails with their four-legged “children,” a rescue Pit Bull named Suma and a Bernese Mountain Dog named Atlas.
If you are looking to buy or sell in the Alma, Fairplay, Breckenridge, Frisco, Como, Jefferson, Hartsel, and surrounding areas of Colorado, Amy and her team will be your greatest asset.

Amy’s Guide to Park County
Favorite place to grab a bite: Otto’s fried chicken in Alma and Fairplay. Their portions are huge, the staff is friendly, and the food is always delish.
Favorite way to wake up: The Black Kettle Coffee Shop for an oat milk latte or Americano. Mike will make it just the way you like it!
Favorite spot for drinks: High Side Brewery’s Fairplay location. Casual and fun with great local beer and food — and they are super dog friendly.
Favorite Colorado outdoor activity: Rafting the Arkansas River near Buena Vista / Salida is my true happy place. In the winter, downhill skiing at one of the nearby resorts is a must for me as often as possible. But when time is short, a quick cross country ski or snowshoe always makes my day better. Really, any trail or river that my dogs enjoy makes me happy too.
Favorite local hidden gem: Bristlecone Bake Shop on South Main Street. This small Alma bakery isn’t quite a “hidden gem” anymore, but I feel like EVERYONE should know about it. The best sourdough bread and pastries in a 100 mile radius, as far as I’m concerned. And right next door is Alma’s Gym (North America’s Highest Gym!) where I can sneak in a workout to “earn” the treats from the Bakery.
